  During the renovation to create the Gletscher Apartments, we chose very high-quality materials to create a place of comfort for our guests: natural stone floors provide a cozy atmosphere, many elements of old wood as well as windows and doors made of local larch wood give the house its special character, lime plaster ensures perfect room climate, high-quality furniture and many details complete the overall concept.
• Guest Satisfaction
  Most people only go on vacation for a few days a year. Therefore, we aim to meet the needs of our guests during this short break from everyday life. We actively seek feedback and strive for continuous improvements.
• Solutions
  With several thousand overnight stays per year, it is inevitable that problems may arise. However, we distinguish ourselves by our solution-oriented thinking and actions. We aim to find solutions quickly and are very accommodating when things go wrong.
  
  

The Hosts

About Us

We, the brothers Steiner Josef and Steiner Roland, are the owners of the Gletscher Apartments. With two completely different career paths, each of us has contributed what he does best to the creation of the Gletscher Apartments:

The older brother, Steiner Roland, is the owner of KFZ-Technik Steiner GmbH and has been tinkering with everything possible since childhood. In addition to vehicles, this includes buildings in particular. Thus, he is responsible for the "hardware" and takes care of all construction matters - in modern terms, he is the master of facility management.

Steiner Josef has been interested in IT, photography, and advertising since his youth. He worked as a web designer and photographer alongside his job at Raiffeisenbank Großglockner-Weissensee for around a decade before taking on his management role. Thus, he is responsible for the "software" taking care of marketing and communication.
